Marketing: The Marketing Committee of the Arts and Culture Partnership meets regularly to develop new and exciting ways to help ACP members market their venues and work. Advocacy: The Public Affairs Committee brings the collective voice of the Saint Paul arts community to bear on city and state arts policy. In recent years, the committee has:
• produced Ward Profiles-descriptions of arts & culture activities occurring in each Saint Paul City Council Ward;
• advocated for the continued viability of the Cultural STAR program;
• held informational meetings about STAR guidelines and other significant policy matters;
• and will be developing annual “State of the Arts in Saint Paul” reports to present to the Mayor, the City Council and the public.

Membership: The membership committee works to maintain a strong list of member organization within the partnership. They strive to include organizations of all sizes and are expanding to include members outside the arts including restaurants and local businesses.
